Delete your account

You can delete your Nivaa Nest account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Grown-ups → Account → Delete account and confirm. This deletes your account straight away.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@nivaa.ai from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your parent account (email address and sign-in details).
Every child profile (name, age range, story language, avatar).
Listening history: progress, favorites and play counts.
Your invite link and invite history.

What we may keep

Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Records we're legally required to keep, such as anything needed to resolve a payment dispute.

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your phone's subscription settings first (see Support).
